Courtney M. Brenner – Broker/Owner
Courtney M. Brenner the Broker/Owner of The Brenner Agency, LLC and the Owner of Manage570 Property Management.
Courtney began her Real Estate career as a Realtor at City Brokers from 2017 to 2020, where she earned the Rookie of the Year award in 2017. She continued her work in the field at Keller Williams Real Estate from 2020 to 2024. In 2022, she expanded her expertise as a Property Manager at NEPA Management Holdings, LLC and took on a leadership role as President & Chair of the Board of Directors at NEPA Pride Coalition.
Her academic credentials include a Graduate-Level Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard Extension School (2021), a J.D. from New England Law | Boston (2003), and a B.A. from Susquehanna University (1999).
Courtney has been recognized as a Top 20 Under 40 Professional in NEPA (2016) and was honored by Madison Who’s Who of Professionals (2006). She is also the CEO of C. Brenner Enterprises, LLC, a Real Estate Investment & Property Management Company, founded in 2014.
She is an active member of the Luzerne County Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter.

Becky Stitzer – Realtor
With over 25 years of marketing and leadership experience, Becky has built her career right here in Northeastern Pennsylvania, the place she’s called home her whole life. A graduate of Marywood University, she brings both professional expertise and genuine local knowledge to everything she does. Raised in the Wyoming Valley, Becky’s love for the area and her meticulous attention to detail are qualities she’s excited to use to help people find the right place to live and successfully navigate their Real Estate transactions.

Kristen is a lifelong resident of NEPA where she has spent over two decades building connections and relationships within our community. Mary R. Danelo – Transaction Coordinator
Mary R. Danelo, Transaction Coordinator, is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in service, Real Estate, and law. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Mary served her country with distinction for over a decade. After her military career, she transitioned into Real Estate, helping families find their homes and guiding clients through the intricacies of the housing market.
Today, Mary applies her attention to detail and commitment to justice as an appeals paralegal, where she supports attorneys in complex legal cases and advocates for fair outcomes. With a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others, and a lifetime of experience across multiple fields, Mary continues to make a meaningful impact in every role she takes on.
